Sales Policies

Returns (for store credit only)
Due to the handmade and unique nature of our items, all sales are considered final. Depending on the condition of the item, we may allow for an exchange within 14 days of receipt on a case-by-case basis. Contact usĀ if you have any questions regarding your purchase.
All clothing, hats, and custom work, including the Tailor's Assistant, is a final sale- no refunds or exchanges will be considered.

We replace/repair items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. All other repairs may be subject to a service fee.

If an exchange is agreed upon, you are responsible for paying for any shipping costs associated with returning your item. Insurance is recommended for any items over $75. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges and repairs, if agreed upon, may take up to 14 business days, plus shipping time.
